Important Information

  • The wedding will be outdoors in the woods. Please make sure you wear flats. (Fingers crossed for the weather!Hopefully brollies/wellies/thermal vests won’t be needed…).

  • There will be toilets onsite (we have been informed these are luxury toilets!)

  • There is a bar - we’re putting money behind it but it will be a once it’s gone it’s gone situation so if you’re wanting to have a tipple (or more) bring contactless payment methods. There’ll be a variety of local beers and spirits available.

  • Music: The music will change as the evening progresses, and will get heavier in the late evening. We look forward to seeing you all in the mosh pit!

  • If you want to drive there is parking on site.

  • We’ve tried to provide the biggest range we can in terms of food prefence catering for celiacs, vegans and veggies (as long as you don’t mind that there’s a whole pig being cooked on site). Please let us your dietary requirments. If you have any dietary needs beyond this please let us know ASAP so we can work something out with our caterers.

  • We’re not doing speeches - don’t worry!

  • Photographs - we’re getting a few group ones (the standards). We’ve asked the photographer to do everything else ad-hoc. Feel free to take as many as you want, but please don’t start pulling groups together to do big shots because he isn’t, we’ve asked him not to. We’d much rather everyone was in the moment and enjoying themselves than hanging around or being ordered into group photographs. There will be lots of natural photos captured during the day.

  • The ceremony is a hand tying, we will have been married legally before the day so go nuts in terms of photos etc as it isn’t legal.

  • Don’t talk to Ben unless he has a drink in his hand. If you see he does not have a drink please provide one immediatley as this is required under UK Health and Safety Legislation.
